Trailed version.

The FS 890/900 T trailer version can be equipped with a standard semi-trailer with a fifth wheel load of up to 18 tonnes, via a fifth wheel coupling on the rear chassis. The trailer forms an integral part of the harvesting machine; during the harvest the trailer is first loaded before being uncoupled and transferred to the lorry in a matter of moments.

Tipper.

On this ‘tipper’ version of the FIELD SHUTTLE, the complete bunker is raised to the discharge height for unloading. Two independently-operated gathering chains ensure that the bunker is emptied quickly and reliably. The FIELD SHUTTLE is designed as an articulated vehicle with permanent 4-whel drive. On this machine, the bogie axle is replaced by a single axle with a high payload.

Side unloading.

On the FS 890/900 CSL FIELD SHUTTLE model, the crop is discharged to the side. Thanks to the ‘tilting’ action of the bunker it is possible to achieve a greater discharge height, which enables even high transport trailers and vehicles to be loaded securely. As on all other versions, the crop is discharged by means of two independently-operated gathering chains.

The vehicle also allows the crop to be transferred to a transport vehicle running alongside during the chopping process.
